Advances in medicine, nutrition and diagnostics have led to longer life spans for pets just as they have for their owners. Therefore, it's important to make sure your pet receives the exams and vaccinations they need on a scheduled basis is key to avoiding costly health problems later in life.

A simple monthly payment breaks up the costs of these necessary exams, vaccinations, and tests throughout the year- instead of all at once!

• We also offer plans with Dental Cleanings, Bloodwork, and Urinalysis!
• Optional Add-on items like: Flea and/or Heartworm Prevention, and Microchipping!

Puppy & Kitten Plans

The first year of a pet's life is when they are most vulnerable.

Service Guide	Preventative	Preventative Plus
Preventative care examination (up to 4)
Complimentary nail trims (unlimited)
Core vaccination series (administered based on age, breed, and risk)
Heartworm, Feline Leukemia, and Feline Immunodeficiency virus screening (kittens)
Intestinal parasite stool test with parasite antigen screening (up to 3)
Oral deworming for hookworms and roundworms (up to 2 doses)
Initial dose of heartworm prevention and flea control
Routine spay or neuter surgery package

This is because the inherit natural immunity they get from their mother begins wearing off at 6 weeks of age.

*We do handle your pet as an individual determining what he or she needs based around your pet's specific exposures, risks, and needs.

Restrictions:  Pet must be healthy to enroll in this plan. Plans are non-transferable. The Annual Savings in the first year will be less the cost of the Initial Membership Fee. If you have multiple pets, we offer a discount on the initial membership fee for additional plans.
